VoteDomain is as a free voting system tool for the domainers’ community around the world. Users here can vote domains and receive votes on their domains by other users in order to get a final mark.
One of the biggest doubts domaining society has is whether their domain names are good enough in terms of marketing strategies. So, why should you keep on renewing a domain that has no future? Valuations on your domains are made by other domainers, who will preferably have the same experience at yours. These voters will also preferably be the ones who speak the same language you have set for the domain.
DomainsByPrice is a domain supermarket with free instant access for everyone, even if you are not registered. But if so, you can also send your domains to the showcase, including required price and category. Many comfortable research options are available here, and this section also allows sending a private message to each domain owner.

.-CONTROL PANEL
Once you have completed the registering process and accepted the Use Conditions, you can start inserting your domains into your Control Panel.
Each line shows information about each domain, like its voting status or the DomainsByPrice options, though initially you don’t need to modify any of these parameters to access the voting system.
.-SUBMITTING DOMAINS TO THE VOTE
Here you can put your domains to the vote. In your Control Panel, select one domain name and click on the right button SUBMIT TO VOTE beside. Then you will be asked to introduce the following information:
- Domain language
- Brief description (optional)
- Extension annual renewal cost
- Selection of report type (10, 25, 50 votes)
You will receive a final valuation report via e-mail as soon as all votes are reached (depending on the report type you have chosen). The same domain name can only be resubmitted to vote 100 days after the date of creation of its latest report.
IMPORTANT: If you don’t have enough credits, you can not submit domains to the vote. Your account starts on 0 credits and you make them grow through your votes:
1 vote = 1 credit (the bigger the selected report type, the more credit you will need for your report to proceed). Please see the VOTING paragraph.
.-VOTING
This option allows you to increase your credits through your votes, and honesty is strongly recommended during this process. In your Control Panel, Just click on the button VOTE above and read carefully the voting conditions. Then you can start voting: domain names are graded on a scale of 1 to 10. You are also free to add a comment whenever you want to justify your vote.
Each domain name will show basic information such as domain language, domain extension, annual renewal cost and any possible comment made by the domain owner (if any). Domain names will preferably be in the language/s you are fluent in. Otherwise, the REFUSE button will replace the domain name for a new one. Please press it if you don't understand the name.
Your total credits are always shown at the top of the page.
DOMAINS BY PRICE
.-FUNCTIONS
PRICE SELECTOR allows you a quick domain search by price range (from $10 to $10), and the latest added domains will appear in the first positions of the selected price range.
ADVANCED SEARCH allows a domain search by price, name, category and extension.
To send a message to a domain owner just click on the domain name.
.-SENDING DOMAINS TO DBP
Once in your Control Panel, select the domain name/s you want to send to the showcase and apply on SEND TO DBP. Then you will be asked to confirm the following information:
- Domain price (US dollars only)
- Category of domain name
Your domains will be automatically sent to the DBP showcase.
IMPORTANT: You must remove manually your domains from DomainsByPrice once they are sold. Notice that breach of this rule might cancel your free account.
.-REMOVING DOMAINS FROM DBP
In your Control Panel, select domain name/s to be removed and apply on REMOVE FROM DBP.
